Your details, kept simple.

When you book or contact us, we collect what we need to clean your home: your name, phone number, address, the rooms and checklist you chose, your preferred time and any notes (pets, keys, parking).

We use it only to quote, schedule and do your clean, and to text you about it. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone, except a cleaner on our team who needs your address and notes to do the job.

Keys and door codes are used only for your clean. Tell us when they change and we’ll delete the old ones.
