    Questions

    Good questions.

Send us a photoNot sure what you need? Text a photo of the room and we’ll tell you the price.
How is my price worked out?

Room by room. Every home starts with the floors, entry and hallways ($45), then each room adds its price: a kitchen $45, a bathroom $30, a bedroom $25. A deep, move-out or post-renovation clean raises the room prices for the extra work, and each extra adds its own. That’s one price for the whole clean, shown before you book, with no hourly meter. Minimum $150 a visit. See every price.

Is it cheaper if you come regularly?

Yes. Every 2 weeks saves 15% and monthly saves 10%, from your second clean. The first clean is full price because it takes the longest. A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is $220 the first time, then $185 every 2 weeks.

    When do I pay?

After the clean. Booking costs nothing up front. You pay once the work is done, by e-transfer or card.

    Do you bring the supplies?

Yes. We bring the cleaning products, cloths, mop and vacuum. If you’d like us to use your own products, leave them out and say so in your booking notes.

Should my first clean be a deep clean?

If your home hasn’t had a proper clean in a while, yes: start deep, and the regular visits after it are quicker and cheaper.

What if my home is bigger or messier than I booked?

Book the rooms you have and we keep to the price. If we arrive and the home is very different from the booking (more rooms, or heavy build-up on a regular clean), we’ll show you and agree a new price before we start. Nothing changes without your OK.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients leave a key or a door code; add the details in your booking notes. If you’re home, we’ll walk through the checklist with you at the end.

    Where do you clean?

Homes, apartments and condos across Toronto: Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, York, East York and downtown. Not sure about your street? Text your postal code to (365) 360-1845. See the areas.
